Sky Sports have this morning reported that Bolton Wanderers winger Rob Hall could be on the move to Birmingham City.
Hall enjoyed a successful loan spell at Birmingham between November 2012 until March 2013 before he joined Bolton, initially on loan, and then on a permanent basis.
Former West Ham youngster Hall has not featured in Bolton's opening two Championship games this season and the recent loan arrival of Joe Mason has pushed him further down the pecking order. His stinking performance against Bury in the League Cup perhaps shows that the lad needs more time to hone his craft.
A loan move could be the best thing for all concerned.
Birmingham boss Lee Clark is a big fan of the versatile forward and he is exploring the possibility of bringing him back to the club this summer.
Clark is in the market for attacking reinforcements and he sees Hall as a key addition to his plans for this season.
