Wahey! Not only did we come away with all 3 points, but our blundering giant of a defender scored a goal! Not only that but the Daily Mail has coined what has got to be one of my favorite nicknames of all time, Holdenballs. Geddit? Holden, like Golden? Geddit? No offense to you Quentin, but I think it's better than the Yank. If you missed the match, pop on over here for the highlights.
This game marked a return to that nice football we know we can play, with Wolves reciprocating. There were several really nice passing move, and young Stu Holden (AKA Holdenballs) really impressed. I must admit I was feeling very down after the last two results, but this has perked me right back up. Luckily for us, the table is incredibly tight right now and the 3 points sent us up 4 places in 15th. We've got a slew of fixtures that we should get points from coming up (West Ham (a), Sunderland (a), and Wigan (h)), and things may be looking up around here.
I'll be back with a News Round Up later in the week, meanwhile bask in the reflected glory of the fact that Chung-Yong Lee represented South Korea at a sorta important Nike event. Go Chung-Yong!
