Here we are, in match 2 of 3 in the Run of Fixtures We Must Get Results From™ (as opposed to the the Run of Fixtures of Death™). Sunderland have been facing quite a few problems themselves this season, including managerial estrangement. They also have yet to win on the road. Given our good result and performance last week, I am hesitantly optimistic about this match, but have a look at the lineups and decide for yourself.

This is a predictable lineup from Coyle, and is entirely unchanged from last week. As expected, Boyata retains his place in the side and Steinsson doesn't even feature on the bench for the second week running. Wheater also gets the nod again, having usurped his place from Zat Knight. Hopefully Chreagles can put in another stunner of a performance and prove it wasn't a one off, especially has the left side is an identified weakness in Sunderland.
I won't hold any pretensions and admit that I could've sussed the Sunderland lineup incorrectly. It looks as though Steve Bruce could be going with a 4-4-1-1 again, relying on Sessegnon in the midfield to create plays and Bendtner up top to convert them
