El-Hadji Diouf was a love/hate figure in his time at Bolton. He scored goals, he spit in the faces of players. He never really had the best reputation. Turns out that he's in trouble once again, this time off the field.
In the late hours of Saturday and into early Sunday, Dioufy was involved in a fight at the Circle Club, a members-only bar, in Machester. Diouf was one of six men arrested after a 33-year-old man was injured in the fighting. The man had head and neck injuries and was taken to the hospital where he was in "serious but stable condition." Queens Park Rangers' Anton Ferdinand was also questioned in connection with the fight.
Five of the six men were bailed until May 23, pending further investigation.
