It seems that Owen Coyle is once again looking to bolster Bolton Wanderers' defensive options, this time with Sky Sports reporting that it is a new full back. According to the report, Bolton are in direct competition for the 21-year-old right back's signature with Big Sam Allardyce's West Ham. Solly has made 69 appearances for Charlton Athletic since 2009 and earned both the club's Player of the Year and Young Player of the Year awards.

In a tweet, the Mirror's Alan Nixon said of the reported move: "Nothing in it." Wait-and-see at this point but don't get your hopes up. Solly would have to fight for a place with the likes of Joe Riley, Tyrone Mears, and Sam Ricketts ahead of him in the order if the move were to come to fruition.
