Phil Gartside Knows The Performances Aren't Good. Is The Pressure On?

It's extremely easy to speculate off of a couple tweets but one really has to wonder if the board has given Bolton's manager a timeline to set things right. There are a number of questions now: will the team will make the drastic managerial change? If so, when? Who would take over? What are the other possible solutions?
