Now Is The Time To String Together Some Wins, Says Zat Knight

"It is a big week. These are the times when you do want a game on Tuesday when you are on a bit of a high," Knight said.

"We can have a good week in training ahead of the Crystal Palace game which can hopefully be the start of a good run of results. Hopefully now we've got that first away win we can start our season now and go from strength to strength."

Zat Knight believes that this weekend's upcoming match against Crystal Palace is the perfect time for Bolton Wanderers to start a good run of form and climb the Championship table. The team is riding high after last weekend's win against Sheffield Wednesday and know that in order to get promoted, they have to start stringing results together.

After three games at the Reebok, Bolton are undefeated at home having picked up wins against Derby and Watford as well as a draw with Nottingham Forest.

"We have got two massive home games and we need to get maximum points. We just need to keep climbing - we have got a tough week and after that is the international week, so if we can get seven points out of the three games it will be a fantastic week

The win at Hillsborough was a lot of weight off of the Trotters' collective shoulders as three previous away matches resulted in a grand total of zero points for the men in white.

"It was a massive win. It was obviously disappointing against Birmingham and we should have got something away from home, but it was nice to go to Hillsborough and get the win.

"It has been a tough season so far, but we have created a lot of chances.

"We have been saying that a team will get punished soon, the more we make chances and put them away the easier it makes it on the team.

Finally, Knight echoed Kevin Davies' call yesterday for the team to be better in front of goal. Bolton need to be putting chances away in order to allow the defense (and the fans) to breathe a little bit easier.

"I think with just the one goal lead it puts our backs against the wall, so I think we need to be a bit more clinical in front of goal, but I'm sure that will come in time."
