While it looks like the first team are getting their feet under them in the Championship and looking to string together a few results, the Bolton Wanderers youth have done just that. To say that the U18 team is commanding their division is an understatement. After the first five games in their season, the young Trotters are undefeated. They've won four of their five and drawn the other game with the standout result being a 5-1 thumping of the Arsenal.

The side is managed by two former Bolton Wanderers players in David Lee and Tony Kelly and whatever they've done this season has worked a treat. For the most part, the defense has held strong, allowing six goals in those five games. It's up front where the baby Trotters have really shown, scoring a total of 16 goals in that stretch. The excellent run of form has taken them top of Group 1 in the Barclays U18 Premier League table, three points above Arsenal in second and five above Reading in third. Wanderers are the only undefeated team in their division.
