Bolton are set to get a bit of depth on the wings as Gregg Wylde has returned to the Trotters from his loan spell at Bury. Wylde participated for Bury in the league, FA Cup, and Johnstone's Paint Trophy. He made seven total appearances, comprised of six starts and one bench appearance since moving to Bury two months ago.
Following the sale of Martin Petrov to Espanyol, Bolton Wanderers only had two fit first team wingers on the books in Chung-Yong Lee and Chris Eagles with youngster Chris Lester making the bench once for the Whites in the FA Cup. However, if Gregg Wylde does manage to get first team playing time, it won't be this weekend. As mentioned earlier, Wylde did play for Bury in the FA Cup. His first appearance for the club came as a start in the 1-1 FA Cup draw with Southend United and thus, he is cup tied.
Wylde managed to assist two Bury goals in those seven appearances.
The Shakers are in the League One drop zone as they didn't manage a single win in any of Wylde's appearances (two draws and three losses).
