Gary Fraser move to Bolton is off for the time being

Apparently that 18-year-old Scottish Midfielder that Bolton had made a successful bid for will not be moving to the Reebok Stadium for the time being. The midfielder, who has made over 15 appearances for Hamilton Academical, a team in the second tier of Scotland's football pyramid, was on the verge of being recruited as a Trotter for the future. Gary Fraser was set to have a medical at the club today and while it looks like that happened, it seems that the finer details were not agreed upon.

According to his club's official Twitter feed, Fraser will be back with the Accies tomorrow:

Gary Fraser will be in as normal tomorrow, his proposed move to Bolton is not happening at the moment. Club are delighted if he is....

Of course, Fraser was never going to make an immediate impact with the team but it's still a bit of an intriguing saga. We await further details.
