LOVS: Bournemouth are sitting quite comfortably in 11th place, how do you feel about you team’s start?
Chris: Our start has been a weird one; we started off with a 2-1 win against Charlton but then we’ve lost our first two away games with heavy defeats against Watford and Huddersfield. We have beaten both Wigan and Millwall at home, we’ve just had a slow start to our away campaign. But we’re very strong playing at our home ground, Dean Court.
LOVS: Given their solid start, how confident are you that AFC Bournemouth will beat the drop?
Chris: Because our home form has been amazing and good home form is key for any team we should be fine! And picking up the odd point here and there away is always key too, and I think we can do that because our team has great playing ability and our fans always motivate our players by singing for long periods of the match. We're a strong force going forward and our midfield is also particularly impressive.
LOVS: Similar to us with Dougie Freedman you've got quite a young manager in charge, how do you think Eddie Howe has done in his second spell at Dean Court?
Chris: He has done amazing! When he took over last season we were 21st in league 1 with only 1 win in 11 games! He then lifted our players and got us going on a 22 game unbeaten run! He took us from 21st to 2nd that takes some doing! I think that he’s a great manager with a lot of ability. He has kept our players playing great football this season.
LOVS: Who on your team should Bolton Wanderers be worried about?
Chris: We have a few key players. Marc Pugh is a very skilful player! He will be making your defence work very hard with his tricky feet! Lewis Grabban is a great striker scoring 7 goals already this season. Rantie is another skillful player who causes lots of problems for centre backs, sadly he hasn't scored yet, but he looks a player that will score loads once he hits the mark. Charlie Daniels is also a great left back linking with Marc Pugh they always work well and they beat players all the time.
LOVS: Bolton have avoided defeat in their last 2 away league games, are you confident ahead of Saturday’s game?
Chris: I am confident about our game on Saturday. I think that Bolton will come to Dean Court and give us a good game, but looking at our impressive home record and Bolton’s poor away record I think Bournemouth will win.
LOVS: Finally, can we get a prediction?
Chris: 3-1 to Bournemouth.
