I despair with football, I really do.
Manchester United make a hilarious appointment in David Moyes and things are going swimmingly - but then they start to get their shit together. It just gets me down. Why can't they stay shit? It would make so many people so happy. Hmm.
Anyway, let's try and be positive. Bolton Wanderers continued their promotion march with a win over Millwall in the Championship, but in the Premier League some unpredictable results came about. Manchester City, off the back of a 7-0 thumping of Norwich City ended up losing against Sunderland, whilst Norwich themselves came from behind to beat Sam Allardyce's West Ham thanks to an uncharacteristic error from Jussi Jaaskelainen.
Arsenal reverted to type with a gutless performance at Old Trafford, whilst Liverpool thumped a sorry Fulham 4-0 at Anfield with Luis Suarez again proving key.
Fantasy League-wise, it was a low scoring week for some, with Sergio Aguero being a let-down in particular. The top three in our league remained changed. Brian Lee at the top, Gareth Entwistle in second and Stephen Parry in third place. Long time leader Danny Pakinkis has been dropping like a stone, finding himself now in 10th position.
The less said about my own performance the better.
