5 Things: Reading v Bolton

Can the ever-positive Anna find anything to salvage from the wreckage of the 7-1 thumping?

I'll admit it, I dreaded this article (I mean, really dreaded it).

This game is haunting me.

What do I say that hasn't already been said?

We here at Lion of Vienna, and all of you out there reading and commenting, have torn this game to shreds looking for a proper explanation as to what the hell went wrong. Inconsistent defense, bad goalkeeping, that 4-5-1 that haunts me in my sleep.

They're issues we've had nearly all season long that seem to have no quick-fix solution.

So here's my suggestion.

Let's forget about it.

Not completely, because this was quite the learning moment, but maybe for a while.

No more constantly trudging through this stuff and causing our morale to be any lower than it already is because at the end of the day, it doesn't seem that Dougie Freedman is listening anyway.

We'll focus on the next game, on a solid performance against Cardiff City...because really, what else is there to do?

Seven goals is embarrassing, no one can deny that.

But here's to hoping it can't possibly get any worse.
