According to the Bolton News, Wanderers are reportedly close to the loan signing of Middlesbrough striker Lukas Jutkiewicz.
The former Everton youth teamer has 24 appearances in league and cup, scoring just two goals. With such a fantastic record it's no wonder Dougie Freedman wants to snap him up.
Unable to break into the Boro side, He has been earmarked by the Bolton Wanderers hierarchy as the man to replace the Swansea bound David Ngog, another non-scoring striker.
The local paper also reports that Jutkiewicz came close to signing for Blackburn Rovers just before Christmas, so not only does he possess an incredibly average goal return, he also has experience being linked to struggling teams.
It's fairly safe to say that no new signings will be made until Ngog's move to Swansea, or some other exit of a player and his wage bill, is finalized. In the meantime, enjoy the tasty rumours...
