The internet has been ablaze this morning with speculation that Leicester City midfielder Neil Danns is to sign for Bolton Wanderers on a permanent basis.
Danns spent three months on loan with Dougie Freedman's boys earlier in the season and impressed with his energy and eye for a goal from midfield.
He had previously worked under Freedman at Crystal Palace as well as alongside Bolton team-mates Matt Mills and Jermaine Beckford at Leicester.
No word has yet emerged regarding a fee but considering Danns' was both out of favour and soon to be out of contract at his club it is expected to be on the low side.
Danns scored four goals in 13 games for Bolton Wanderers whilst on loan, with his first coming against another former side of his, Birmingham City, in our first league win of the season back in September.
