Kellett came through Bolton's academy and made his debut for the team in a 0-1 loss against Leicester City in April 2014, coming on as a late substitute.
It was the first time in eight years a Bolton born player had made his debut for the club from the academy.
Kellett again came on from the bench the following game, a 3-1 away win at Sheffield Wednesday.
He went on to make two further appearances for the club that season, though had been sidelined by unpopular former manager Dougie Freedman.
Good luck Andy and come back a stronger, better player. You can follow Andy on Twitter at @andykellett28.
