Birmingham City substitutes:
Bolton Wanderers substitutes:
As far as the starting XI is concerned, we really have no clue what it will be. All of the lineups Bolton can field at the moment are in play. Any player who has been included in the squad is eligible. Jay Spearing is likely to feature, probably in a midfield with the likes of Neil Danns and Medo Kamara. There's not a lot of creativity and skill in that midfield. What do you think the lineup will look like? It's Neil Lennon's first chance to give Wanderers supporters a real idea of his plan for the team.
