Wanderers' resurgence under Neil Lennon sees them taking a five match unbeaten streak into today's home clash with Ipswich Town, who themselves are unbeaten in seven and sit in second position in the league.
Bolton are without in-form striker Craig Davies today as he picked up a hamstring injury in last weekend's 0-0 draw at Reading, meaning Neil Lennon had a big decision to make on who plays up front. And the big news for Wanderers is that youngster Conor Wilkinson steps in to take Davies' position alongside Max Clayton, to make his first start for Bolton.
Interesting news in defence sees David Wheater come into the side, with Josh Vela, who has impressed at right-back since coming back into the side, dropping to the bench. It remains to be seen who plays where, with neither Wheater nor Dorian Dervite obvious choices to play at full-back.
Wanderers fans will be delighted to hear new re-signing Eidur Gudjohnsen takes his place on the bench for The Whites.
Ipswich line up with little in the way of width, with Paul Anderson the only obvious winger. The visitors also have no obvious right back, as they too select three players you'd normally consider to be centre-backs. Daryl Murphy and David McGoldrick, who has a tendency towards scoring against Bolton, will be dangerous up front.
