The mighty Bolton Wanderers are not very mighty at the moment.  The play has been better since the disastrous opening match against Watford FC, but not much better.  And the results have not been there.  In fact, Bolton probably deserved to be knocked out of this competition by Bury a couple of weeks ago.  But they weren't.  And now the trotters go to the Alexandra Stadium to face Crewe Alexandra, who sit dead last in League One.  Crewe have allowed seven more goals than they have scored, and have zero points so far this season.  We seam to say this before every match, but Tuesday night is a very good chance for Bolton to get a win and build some momentum.

Above is the team from Saturday's loss to Brighton & Hove Albion.  Below you will find my preferred formation and team for Tuesday's Capital One Cup match.  Keep in mind, this is the team I would choose if I made the decisions:

Andy Lonergan

Hayden White Dorian Dervite Tim Ream Oscar Threlkeld

Liam Trotter

Rob Hall Josh Vela Liam Feeney

Joe Mason Conor Wilkinson

That's right.  I would once again go 4-1-3-2.  Away from home.  Can you do better?  Show me your lineups and score predictions in the comments!
