Bolton Wanderers have today revealed their plans for the coming pre-season, and it's a bit more boring than last years unfortunately.

All though the team will be travelling abroad once again, this time to Austria, it seems like the Whites won't be testing themselves against any local opposition, as Neil Lennon will be taking his men for a training camp.

The team will then return home to play five friendlies on home soil, the first of which being against Morecambe on Friday the 17th July, at the Globe Arena.

Next up the Whites will travel to Boundary Park to face Oldham Athletic the following Tuesday, July 21st.

Three days later, on Friday July 24th, Bolton will be on their travels again to face Scunthorpe at Glanford Park.

The final away friendly of pre-season will be against Port Vale, who we beat 2-1 in last years pre-season, at Vale Park on Tuesday, July 28th.

As is tradition, Wanderers will round off their pre-season campaign at the Macron Stadium, a week before the season begins, on Friday, July 31st. Opposition for the fixture is still to be determined, but here's hoping it's an exciting, obscure team from the continent.

The 2015/16 Championship season will begin on August 8th.
