Chungy all over again

The Mirror have today reported that Crystal Palace are making a move for Bolton Wanderers' enigmatic midfield genius Mark Davies.

The 27-year-old former Wolverhampton Wanderers and Leicester City midfielder made a mere 15 appearances during this season, with just nine starts, after suffering a serious knee injury early on. Despite being crocked, he still registered two goals and one assist in that time.

He is known for being a positive attacking midfielder, finding the net six times in 24 appearances the season before last.

Bolton boss Neil Lennon is seemingly looking to overhaul his squad this summer and try to fight for the Premier League next year, after a mediocre season.

An offer of £1.5m could see Davies returning to the Premier League. It'd be a damned shame, but let's be serious about it - he's been here for six seasons and has barely made 150 appearances for us. He's injury prone and has a suspect end product.

I'd sell. Would you? Let us know below the line.
