We'll break this down into first and second halves, as Bolton Wanderers lost their opening first-team pre-season fixture to Austrian lads SK Sturm Graz in a hard-fought competitive 'friendly' yesterday.
First Half
Ben Amos - 7 - few important saves to make. Always looks confident.
Niall Maher - 6 - bit shaky at right back, but early days yet.
Hayden White - 5 - never a centre back. All arms and legs.
Dorian Dervite - 5 - concerning display. Let's blame it on being pre-season.
Filip Twardzik - 5 - not sure what his best position is yet. Tried to get forward but struggled.
Neil Danns - 6 - some good moments, but display also included a trademark getting-knocked-off-the-ball situation in his own half.
Medo Kamara - 6 - again some tidy moments, but it's hard to imagine he'll play too much of a part in the season opener against Derby County.
Tom Walker - 5 - quiet display from the youngster.
Zach Clough - 8 - our shining light. Always demanding the ball and unlucky not to score.
Liam Feeney - 6 - one or two excellent crosses whipped in. Should benefit from Madine's presence up top.
Gary Madine - 7 - looked strong and willing throughout.
Second Half
Ross Fitzsimons - 7 - impressive from the former Crystal Palace man. Some really good saves.
Oscar Threlkeld - 6 - did well against a tricky wide man. I fancy him to start against Derby.
Derik Osede - 7 - looked strong and composed. An encouraging Wanderers debut from the ex-Real Madrid lad.
Quade Taylor - 6 - again looked good in the air, but his ground play was a bit sloppy at times.
Dean Moxey - 7 - encouraging performance. Got up and down the left flank well.
Jay Spearing - 6 - got stuck in though did at times display some poor choices with his passing.
Darren Pratley - 7 -captain for the second half. Looked back to his pre-injury self.
Andy Kellett - 6 - nippy mover, but I just don't see it....
Mark Davies - 8 - him and Clough together will be a sight to see. Looked fit and hungry.
Rob Hall - 6 - some good runs and a couple of decent crosses
Stephen Dobbie - 6 - I'm all for his signing, though he looked well short of the pace.
