Goalkeeper Coach Leaves, Jussi To Return?

Could it actually be happening?

Some interesting news was tweeted out via @RichCawleySLP this morning, as he claimed that Bolton Wanderers goalkeeper coach, Lee Turner, is set to leave the Macron Stadium to join Charlton Athletic.

The reason behind the switch being that Turner wants to return back to the South, after he moved up North three years ago to join Dougie Freedman's coaching team at the Whites.

Turner had a good reputation at the club and oversaw a certain Adam Bogdan's rapid rise in quality and confidence, so losing him certainly leaves a hole in the Wanderers back room staff.

Now, can you think of anyone out there who could potentially replace him?

Anyone?

Come on. Anyone at all?

No? Me nei... Wait just a minute!

The one thing us Bolton fans have been clambering over probably above all else this summer is the return of the legendary Jussi Jaaskelainen.

It already made sense for him to return as a back-up to first choice Ben Amos, but now with a vacated goalkeeper coach role at the club, a vacated #22 shirt and not to mention the fact that Jussi's son, Will, plays in the U18s, everything is in place for a historic return.

If stories are to be believed, when Jussi visited Alder House to watch his son face Atherton Collieries, he told Bolton fans that he would love to return.

So lets make it happen, yeah Neil?
