Reports in the Sun this morning claimed Bolton Wanderers star Zach Clough is wanted by fellow Championship club Birmingham City.
Apparently, a fee of around £750,000 would be enough for Birmingham to steal Clough. (hahahaha)
Birmingham are looking to bolster their attacking ranks after the sale of Demarai Gray to Leicester City for £3.75 million. Clough recently signed a new deal at Bolton, and it's thought the club will try their best to keep hold of the promising youngster.
Paul Clough, Zach's dad, tweeted this morning this, surely putting rumours of a move away to rest:

Rumours will continue to circulate on the future of Bolton’s 1st team given the situation the club are in. Recently, Dorian Dervite has been linked to Wolverhampton Wanderers and Charlton Athletic, Dean Moxey to Wolves and Bristol City and Mark Davies has been linked to Middlesbrough.
Is there any player you're desperate that Bolton keep? (beside Clough obviously) Let us know in the comments box below.

The Bolton News Article Stated:
'Birmingham City have ruled themselves out of the running for Wanderers’ prized asset Zach Clough.
The Blues had joined Championship rivals Huddersfield Town and Sheffield Wednesday in asking about the young striker looking to take advantage of the financial chaos at the Macron Stadium.
Figures as low as £750,000 were touted for the 20-year-old, who has been tracked by a number of Premier League clubs in the last 12 months, most notably Everton and Watford.
But sources in the Midlands now suggest Gary Rowett’s side have backed away from the deal and will not be pursuing it any further.'
