According to The Sun, Bolton Wanderers' Zach Clough is attracting interest from a number of Premier League clubs, most notably Everton.
The article states:
"BOLTON WANDERERS are bracing themselves for a January slog as Everton lead the chase to snap up Zach Clough.
Toffees boss Ronald Koeman would love to add the youngster to his attacking options at Goodison Park.
The Dutchman is looking to inject some youth into his Premier League side and the 21-year-old’s recent form has caught his eye.
However, he faces a fight to lure him to Merseyside as a number of other interested clubs plot a swoop for the ace next month.
Fellow top flight outfit Middlesbrough have been linked with the forward for a number of months and could re-ignite their interest when the transfer window re-opens.
And it is not only attentions from the EPL that Bolton have to be wary of.
Championship sides Leeds United, Wolves, Birmingham and Bristol City are also monitoring the situation at the Macron Stadium."
Obviously, Clough's form is going to attract gossip, and this will definitely not be the last rumour to pop up in the coming weeks.
