Bolton Wanderers host Rotherham United in a relegation battle at the Macron tomorrow, in which both sides will be desperate for three points.

Wanderers will want to exorcise the demons of their humiliating 4-0 defeat at Rotherham on Boxing Day, and will be hoping their fightback from 2-0 down in the last ten minutes against Wolves will inspire a huge improvement.

Rotherham come into the game on the back of a 4-1 home drubbing by fellow relegation battlers Charlton Athletic, and have only one won of their last six games - a 2-0 win over promotion chasing Brighton - since beating Bolton.

Team News

Bolton Wanderers

Captain Darren Pratley and goal machine Gary Madine will face fitness tests going into this clash, while Zach Clough is a doubt and Neil Danns will remain sidelined by his stomach injury.

Rotherham United

Aymen Belaid could return to the matchday squad following a groin injury, but club captain Lee Frecklington will miss out along with striker Leon Best and full-back Stephen Kelly.

One To Watch

Danny Ward: The Bolton academy graduate always seems to save his best performances for against his former club. He ran our defence ragged in the 4-0 abomination earlier in the season, and Wanderers will need to keep a better eye on him at the Macron.

Score Prediction

3-1 Bolton. The Tuesday night fightback at Wolves finally saw this Wanderers side show some fight, and I'd expect them to carry that on against a Rotherham side that have lost 10 league games on the road this season. The only team to have lost more? You got it, Bolton with 11.
