This is Why You Should Back the Boys This Weekend

Hot on the heels of our superb performance at home to Crystal Palace in the FA Cup last weekend, Bolton Wanderers host Swindon Town for the first time in what feels like donkeys years.

With Wanderers flying high in the table and with the chance to catch up with the leaders, I think it is incumbent on all fans, both current and lapsed, to get your asses to the Reebok on Saturday and back the lads.

Our home form has been imperious. We are, I think, in the midst of a nine-game winning run at the Reebok (interestingly, the club record is 13), and what better way to spend your afternoon than watching us make it ten?

In this most hard-fought and enjoyable of seasons in what feels like years, it has been refreshing to see crowds on the rise. The people of Bolton have responded to the hard work that Phil Parkinson and the boys have put in, and we need to do our bit back.

Given that my prevailing memory of Swindon at home is a 7-0 spanking that we dished out at Burnden then I feel comfortable in promising ALL supporters another huge home victory.

With tickets priced at just £15, I don't think the club could do much more to entice you tight bastards into the ground, but just think about this - if you are umming and arring about whether to go or not, remember....I've promised you all that we will win 7-0.

So with that guarantee ringing in your ears, I expect 20k on.

COYWM.
