After being heavily rumoured online, Bolton Wanderers are set to announce the double signing of Adam Le Fondre and Chris Long on Monday.
It's become clear in recent games that Wanderers have needed to add to their attacking ranks, so the signings of Le Fondre and Long will be vital.
Burnley Fc striker Chris Long, 21, has spent the first half of this season on loan at Fleetwood Town, scoring four goals in twenty-three games. Long was absent during Fleetwood's game against Southend United at the weekend.
Le Fondre, now 30, is no stranger to Wanderers fans, having scored eight times in seventeen games during the 2014/2015 season. Since departing the Macron, Le Fondre has had loan spells with Wolverhampton Wanderers and Wigan Athletic. Le Fondre was missing from today's Wigan squad for the match against Manchester United.
