According to The Daily Star, Bolton Wanderers are one of a number of clubs interested in signing non-league midfielder, Kurtis Cumberbatch. The article in the Star states:
"BRENTFORD, Bolton, Oxford United, Northampton and Bristol Rovers are all tracking Harrow Borough midfielder Kurtis Cumberbatch. Cumberbatch, 22, has been impressing with his form at Harrow Borough, having earlier attracted interest from Nottingham Forest.
In 17 games, he has bagged five goals and also registered ten assists. Cumberbatch’s football education took in a spell at Tottenham, where he played in midfield with the north Londoners’ England star Harry Winks, aged between 13 and 16.
He is also part of the highly-respected West London's AG Football Academy, who has produced Yasin Ben El-Mhanni at Newcastle and Ibrahim Meite, who also made his name Harrow Borough, before joining Cardiff and is currently on loan at Crawley."
Comfortable on either wing, the 22 year old has also spent time with Charlton Athletic and Watford.
Would Cumberbatch be able to play at Championship level? Who knows.
