Believe it or not, it’s been ten years since Bolton Wanderers’ famous 2-2 draw against Bayern Munich.
Arguably one of the best highlights of Wanderers' UEFA Cup campaigns, the match will be best be remembered as Kevin Davies' finest hour in a Bolton shirt.
Bolton shocked Bayern (and the world) eight minutes into the game, when Ricardo Gardner's effort was deflected past Kahn to give Wanderers an unlikely lead. It was Gardner's first goal in almost five years, much to the delight of the travelling Wanderers fans.
Two goals from Lukas Podolski gave Bayern the lead, but late on Andranik's quick throw ('member him?) was flicked by Kevin Nolan into the path of Kevin Davies, who fired the ball under Kahn to ensure Wanderers left Munich with the unlikeliest of draws.
Around five thousand Wanderers fans were at the Allianz arena that night, and to celebrate it being ten years on we asked for the best fans memories.
To celebrate ten years since that game against Bayern Munich, we want to hear your memories and see your pictures/videos from that fantastic day #bwfc pic.twitter.com/4BNnyKMkcL

Thanks for the replies. Some sounded terrifying, some joyful and some people watched from home. So here they are.
I was stuck in a staff meeting in my NQT year of teaching clicking my pen like mad as I wanted to get back to watch the game on the box at 6pm. I was gutted I couldn't go...if it had been the week before it would have been half term.

I was at football training listening to my dad scream from the car when Bibi scored. Watched Davo score when at home and had a noise complaint.

Had a knife pulled on me by a local on the train/tram thing to the ground. And my mate broke his ribs playing footy in the square by getting tackled by some railings

I watched it in a pub in Louisiana. Was the only person in there watching it. Got a few weird looks when we scored the second.

Remember having a nervous fag in the last ten minutes after a few non-alcoholic lagers in the Allianz willing us to hold on and cheering every Al-Habsi save

Lived in Wimbledon at the tine. Had to get my local to turn it on and was continually told to keep the noise down. Still they didn't grumble about the two pitchers I drank.

Thanks again to everyone who shared their memories from that great day. To finish, here’s a video I found from YouTube of Super Kev’s goal shot by a Wanderers fan. Enjoy it in all its 360p glory.
