Immediate Reaction: Fleetwood Town 2-4 Bolton Wanderers

The turnaround point?

Be honest; who saw that coming?

Bolton Wanderers went into this game without an away win since November, against probably the most in-form side in the league, and we managed to produce one of the performances of the season.

Goals from Adam Le Fondre x2, David Wheater and Mark Beevers made the difference, but the man of the match in my opinion has to go to Filipe Morais, who was instrumental in three out of four of the goals and was a menace to the Fleetwood defence all game, I’m so glad Bradford gifted this wonderful man to us as he will be key in our late promotion push.

Fleetwood did manage to make their mark on the game somewhat however, with two goals thanks to Kyle Dempsey and Bobby Grant respectively, but Bolton’s haul of goals means that nobody will be talking about this aspect of the game.

Parky’s men look to have found some sort of rhythm again and I dearly hope we can carry this cracking form into our future games, we’ll need to if we have any hope of playing in the second-tier come August.
