So with yesterday's win over Shrewsbury Town in mind, it's time for us to nominate our Bolton Wanderers Man of the Match.
Perhaps a bit harsh on the goal scorers, but my choice is Dorian Dervite.
The former Spurs man was more composed that I've ever seen him and flawless defensively.
He's been a really valuable asset since his re-introduction to the side.
Editors note - it feels weird and a bit unnatural to hear Dervite earn this sort of praise, but you can't argue with the public, and the public is unanimous in their acclaim for the French defender.
After all, if David Wheater can redeem himself and become a vital cog in Phil Parkinson's promotion-chasing Bolton wheel then I suppose the question to be asked if 'why can't Dorian Dervite?'. Credit to him, he's come back into the team and played well, despite being out of position. Long may it continue.
