Bolton Wanderers fans filled Victoria Square on Tuesday night to celebrate promotion back to The Championship with the Wanderers players.
The town centre was awash with blue and white as the 4000 or so fans congregated at the town hall steps. Whilst waiting for the players to arrive, the typical Wanderers playlist played out; Dion's The Wanderer, Tony Christie's Amarillo and Depeche Mode's Just can't get enough.
The Wanderers fans also joined in with a few renditions of Neil Diamond's Sweet Caroline, which seems to have become an unofficial hit for Wanderers. I mean, we're not the Boston Red Sox, so don't expect the man himself anytime soon at The Macron.

Amir Khan was also there, and was booed by large sections of the crowd.
As the players arrived, Phil Parkinson gave a rousing speech to the watching fans, thanking them and stating how he couldn't wait to get started in the Championship.
Parkinson also stated that the players are due back for fitness tests in June, so Wanderers fans should let him know if they see any players out in the pubs or clubs.
The Wanderers fans duly responded with chants of 'WHEATER, WHEATER!' Brilliant.
Anyway, if you couldn't make it, here's the event in full.
