Bolton Wanderers have confirmed the loan signing of Newcastle United’s Adam Armstrong until January.

Armstrong has scored 26 career goals in 96 games, with his most prolific spell being a stint in League One with Coventry City in the 2015/2016 season. The youngster scored twenty goals, and was named in the League One PFA Team of the Year.
Last season, Armstrong spent the season in The Championship on loan at Barnsley, scoring six times in 36 games.
The youngster spent the summer with England’s U20 side, helping the team win the U20 World Cup.
After the move was confirmed, Adam Armstrong spoke to Bolton Wanderers’ official site and said:
“It's a great feeling to be here. I'm really pleased to have the deal all sorted so quickly and I can't wait to get started."
Phil Parkinson added: “We are delighted to bring in Adam.
"He’s a good young player with great potential and we are looking forward to working with him.”
