Transfer Gossip: Bolton Wanderers hand trial to former Juventus forward

According to various sources in the Italian media, Bolton Wanderers have handed a trial to former Juventus prodigy, Hector Otin.

An article states:

"As reported by Il Secondo XIX, Spanish striker Hector Otin Lafuente could soon leave Virtus Entella for an experience abroad.The '96 class was in fact flown to England for a try with Bolton, a club that militates in third division."

Capped at U16 level with Spain, 21 year old Hector Otin Lafuente is currently on the books of Serie B side Virtus Entella.

Lafuente played eleven times for Juventus' youth side, and has gone on to play six times for Virtus Entella in Serie B.

Lafuente spent last season on loan playing in Serie City with AC Reggiana 1919 and AS Gubbio 1910, scoring no goals in eleven appearances.

Comfortable on either wing, Lafuente could possibly be another trialist for David Lee's U23 side, having seen eight trialists play last week at Atherton.
