According to Kick off, Bolton Wanderers are one of several clubs interested in a loan move for Juventus defender, Joel Untersee.
The article states:
"South African-born Joel Untersee is attracting interest from across Europe, according to reports in Italy. The 23-year-old fullback has returned to Italian giants Juventus after a successful loan spell at Serie B side Brescia in 2016/17, and has formed part of their pre-season squad.
But it appears as though the club would be willing to let him go, possibly on loan again, and that has brought forward a number of suitors as Bafana Bafana coach Stuart Baxter prepares to meet with the Swiss junior international. Newly-promoted Serie A side Verona head the queue for his services according to numerous reports in Italy, but there is also interest from Belgian side Genk, Swiss outfit Lausanne and English Championship side Bolton Wanderers."
Joel Untersee began his youth career in Switzerland with FC Zurich, before moving to Italian giants Juventus in 2010. Untersee spent three years on loan at FC Vaduz from 2013 to 2016, scoring once in 64 games.
Last season, he spent the year with Brescia Calcio, playing 39 times as the side finished 14th in the league. Normally a right back, Untersee can also play at left back, and could be brought in as backup to Andrew Taylor.
