According to reports from football-italia and gianlucadimarzio, Bolton Wanderers are interested in a loan move for Inter Milan defender, Isaac Donkor.
The article from Football Italia states:
“Bolton Wanderers have asked Inter for defender Isaac Donkor on loan.
The Ghanaian turns 22 next month and has just returned from loan spells in Serie B with Bari, Avellino and then Cesena.
According to Sky Sport Italia, English club Bolton Wanderers have put in a request to take Donkor across the Channel.
He is a very versatile player, primarily a centre-back, but can do a job on the right or left of defence too.”
Isaac Donkor, 22, was born in Ghana and has been with Inter Milan since 2010. Comfortable anywhere across the back, Donkor has experience playing in the Europa League, Serie A and Serie B. Donkor has played five times for Inter, as well as 55 appearances for Inter Milan Primavera.
Donkor also has international experience, having played for Ghana's U20 side.
Donkor spent last year on loan with Cesena, and reports from last month confirmed their interest in re-signing him for the coming season.
But it sounds like he may be on his way to England.
