Bolton Wanderers have already welcomed two of the top Championship clubs to the Macron Stadium this season, and tasted defeat to both Leeds United and Dervy County. Tonight they welcome another, as Sheffield Wednesday visit for a second round clash in the Carabao Cup.

Tonight’s game looks more than likely to be another home defeat, given the attacking wealth available to the visitors and our own exceedingly dubious looking starting lineup.

Stephen Darby comes in for Reece Burke at centre-back (yep, really), while both wing-backs drop out to be replaced by Mark Little and Antonee Robinson. Derik Osede and Will Buckley come into the midfield, and Aaron Wilbraham replaces Gary Madine up front.

On the other hand, Wednesday boast the likes of Jordan Rhodes, Fernando Forestieri and Ross Wallace, and line up with winger Adam Reach at left-back. Good luck Mark Little.

Here are tonight’s starting lineups. You can follow all the action from the Macron in the Comments below, and get in touch with all your thoughts on Wanderers in the same place.
