Football is Back, COME ON YOU WHITES!

All those weeks, months, days - felt like years, waiting and watching the clock...all for this moment. All for this time.

FOOTBALL IS BACK BABY!

We’ve had a summer of ups and downs, of joy and of concern. We remain in a crippling transfer embargo, but we have recruited well. We’ve lost our captain but we also have some exciting new players in the squad.

All the negative stuff doesn’t matter, because football is only bloody back!

As we, the mighty Bolton Wanderers know all too well, we have had a great knack in giving the big boys a bloody nose when they least expect it.

So, given that the odds are seemingly against us once more what better way to show the world that we are back than by walking up to the big teams and punching them square in the face? We did in often enough in the Sam Allardyce era and now I fancy Phil Parkinson to continue that great tradition.

No matter what the obstacles are, the time has come to band together and join Ken in sticking two fingers up at the league who seem so determined to keep us down, and also to the world who also seems to be very keen on reminding us of our recent struggles.

Well to those people I say no. I say fuck you.
