According to reports from HITC, former Bolton Wanderers striker David N’Gog could reunite with former Wanderers manager Owen Coyle at Ross County.
HITC reported:
“Former Liverpool striker David N’Gog is training with Scottish Premiership side Ross County, as he looks to try to win a move to the club, HITC Sport understands.
N’Gog is currently a free agent after leaving Greek club Panionios last summer and he is looking to get his career back on track.”
This won’t be the first team that Owen Coyle has recruited former Wanderers players. Back in November, Coyle signed former Bolton winger Chris Eagles on a free transfer.
N’Gog was one of the last expensive purchases Wanderers made, costing the side £4 million from Liverpool in August 2011.
The former PSG youth star scored 16 goals for Bolton in 91 games, before leaving in January 2014 to join Swansea City.
Still only 28, N’Gog is hoping Coyle offers him the opportunity to get his career going again.
