Walker, 21, has been with Nottingham Forest his entire career, scoring six goals in 38 games.
Tyler Walker has also spent time on loan at Burton Albion, Stevenage and Port Vale.
In case you didn’t know, Tyler Walker is the son of former Nottingham Forest, Sheffield Wednesday and England defender, Des Walker.
Tyler Walker is highly rated at Forest, but obviously isn’t getting enough game time. A move to Wanderers could see him playing more regularly, which would help progress his development.
Wanderers have been looking for a striker all of the January transfer window to play backup to Gary Madine, and it looks like it could be Tyler Walker.
Wanderers could also be set to re-sign Chungy on loan from Crystal Palace before Wednesday.
