According to various reports from HITC, Wales Online and Marc Iles of The Bolton News, Cardiff City have renewed their interest in Bolton Wanderers striker, Gary Madine.
Earlier in the January transfer window, Cardiff City were reported to have had two bids rejected. The fee mooted at the time was around £1.2 million.
Hull City and Sunderland were also rumoured to have made enquires about Madine.
Cardiff City boss Neil Warnock seemed to have turned his attention away from Madine, with AFC Bournemouth striker Lewis Grabban and Derby County striker Chris Martin the names mentioned.
But, it looks like moves for the pair have hit a wall, so Warnock has targeted Madine once again.
The Sun reported a couple of weeks ago that Wanderers would want around £6 million, so let’s hope he doesn’t go cheap.
Given that Madine has been vital for Wanderers that season, how much would you take for him? Let us know in the comments box below.
