According to reports from Fox Sports Netherlands, Bolton Wanderers are reportedly interested in Netherlands international left back, Miquel Nelom.

The article from Fox Sports states:

“Miquel Nelom has no complaints about interest. The transfer-free, 27-year-old left back is now also interested in Bolton Wanderers and Seattle Sounders. The club from the English Championship ended last season as 21st in a competition with 24 clubs. Dutch attacker Yanic Wildschut is also under contract there.”

So who is Miquel Nelom? Well, the 27 year old left back has spent his entire career in The Netherlands.

He started his career with Excelsior, before moving to Dutch giants Feyenoord. Nelom was part of the side that won the Eredivise in 2017.

Nelom has also represented the Netherlands twice, making his debut in 2013.

Now a free agent, Nelom has bags of experience playing at a high level, and could be a shrewd signing for Wanderers to pursue.
