David Lee’s Bolton Wanderers U23s stretched their 100% start to the season with a 2-1 win against Coventry City tonight at Leyland County Ground.

Goals from Joe Pritchard and Connor Hall (shock) have made it three wins from three. Great stuff.

One interesting player to feature for Wanderers tonight was Manchester City winger, Aaron Nemane.

The 20 year old is in the last year of his contract, and has so far had a mixed career.

Last season, Nemane joined Rangers on a six month loan with great expectation. Sadly, Nemane only played six times, failing to impress up in Glasgow.

A loan move to Dutch 2nd division side Go Ahead Eagles followed in the second half of last season, where Nemane scored twice in eighteen games.

Eligible for both France and England at international level, Nemane is known for his pace, but has yet to showcase his quality at first team level.

Having been on trial with Bradford City earlier in the Summer, Nemane played five minutes for Wanderers’ U23s tonight.

Whether he’ll be given another game remains to be seen.
