Bolton Wanderers defender Adam Chicksen has been named in the 32 man Zimbabwe squad for their upcoming AFCON qualifying fixtures in November.
The left back has played for the country once before, though he faces a potential problem to do so again.
Apparently, his participation is subject to obtaining a Zimbabwean passport, which he might struggle to do given the country’s stringent citizenship law.
Charlton Athletic forward Macauley Bonne faces a similar problem to Chicksen.
Zimbabwe host Botswana on November 15, before meeting Zambia away four days later in their Group H fixtures.
If he is to go, that would mean he’d miss the home game against MK Dons on November 16th.
