Plus points?

With the EFL taking their sweet arse time deciding on the severity of the punishment bestowed upon on the club, Bolton Wanderers return to League One action to take on the struggling franchise MK. A win would move Wanderers to a positive points tally (possibly temporarily, bloody EFL), a fantastic feat when you take into consideration the huge mountain of problems everyone involved with Bolton has had to overcome.

Keith Hill has alluded to the fact that there may be further injury concerns for Bolton & with the squad already threadbare, it could be a real worry with the hectic fixture schedule in December. Tomorrow will be just the fifth time Bolton have faced the franchise of Milton Keynes.

Two draws & a win each have been the previous results, with recent form suggesting that Bolton could have the upper edge. Wanderers could potentially grab their third successive win in the league, whilst MK have lost their last five in all competitions, whilst only scoring twice in that time.

If you want to stick Wanderers on your acca this weekend, they’re favourites to take the three points with the bookies at 7/5. An MK win is 17/10 whilst another draw is 23/10. After sticking my neck out and wrongly predicting a win last weekend, I’ll go for another win. 1-0 Whites.
