Immediate Reaction: QPR 1-2 Bolton Wanderers

Wanderers claim an away win at Loftus Road

In a result that nobody saw coming, Bolton Wanderers have beaten Queens Park Rangers 2-1 at Loftus Road.

Goals from Will Buckley & Callum Connolly put Wanderers two up, but a Nahki Wells goal ten minutes before full time set the game up for a nervy ending.

Josh Magennis couldn't repeat his international heroics having been guilty of missing a couple of decent chances, but thankfully that didn't matter come full time.

The win is Bolton’s first at Loftus Road for nearly eight years & puts them within five points of safety, though Millwall do have a game in hand.

Now all eyes are on the developments off the pitch as the takeover saga goes on.

Hopefully we have some clarity before Wanderers return to the high court on Wednesday.

Safe travels to the 700+ Wanderers fans in attendance today.

Next up is Ipswich at home next week. What a huge game that is.
