Once again, another Sunday comes & another team has been linked with Bolton Wanderers defender, Harry Brockbank.
The youngster has so far garnered interest from Brentford, Sunderland & Ipswich Town.
Now, Premier League side Burnley are supposedly keen on signing the versatile player.
According to Alan Nixon of The Sun that is.
He states:
”Dyche has met Bolton defender Harry Brockbank about joining the Clarets.
Brentford, Ipswich and Sunderland also want the 20-year-old, who can leave due to a snag in his contract.”
Comfortable playing at right back, centre back and defensive midfield, Brockbank looked impressive in his Wanderers debut against Aston Villa.
It would be a shame to lose a player like Brockbank. Someone who is capable of playing in multiple positions & still has the potential to improve. But who could blame him joining a Premier League side?
Fingers crossed, a new contract can be sorted as soon as the new owners are announced on Monday (hopefully).
