Another day, another Bolton Wanderers player linked with a move away from the club.
This time, it’s the turn of defender, Harry Brockbank.
According to Alan Nixon of The Sun, Brentford are interested in the youngster.
He states in The Sun:
”Brentford have their eyes on young Bolton defender Harry Brockbank. The 20 year old debuted for the Trotters at the end of the season.
But he can leave for nothing as they cannot give him the new contract he earned.”
Comfortable playing at right back, centre back and defensive midfield, Brockbank looked impressive in his Wanderers debut against Aston Villa.
With the rebuild job now looking more impossible by the day, it would be a shame to lose a player like Brockbank who is capable of playing in multiple positions.
Hopefully, a new contract can be sorted as soon as the new owners are ready to take over.
