Plenty of Bolton Wanderers gossip flying about this morning.

Firstly, former Leicester City manager Nigel Pearson has been linked with the Bolton Wanderers managers job, according to reports in this mornings The Sun.

The bit in the paper states:

"Nigel Pearson is in line for a managerial return if Bolton are taken over.

Prospective buyers Football Ventures are in favour of an approach for the former Leicester boss, 55.

Pearson is available after a year at Belgian side OH Leuven and FV also want Terry Robinson in as Director of football.

Pearson and Robinson worked together at the Foxes and are on good terms.

The bid is in the balance as funds are being sought to make the takeover work.”

Pearson was the man who led Leicester to the Championship title, before keeping them up in the Premier League in spectacular fashion a year later.

He certainly knows how to get promoted & the last time him and Robinson worked together, Leicester signed Mahrez.

Of course, this is just speculation from a paper & nothing is ever official until you read it on Wanderers’ official site.

Think Pearson would be a good manager or does Parky deserve another chance? Let us know in the comments box below.
